We purchased our 2021 Subaru Ascent from Gerald Subaru of Naperville, and Ehab was our salesperson. He was fantastic to work with and made the entire buying experience such a positive one. We’ve always spoken highly of our experience with him and said we would return to Gerald when it was time for our next Subaru. More recently, I had an issue with my Ascent that initially left me pretty frustrated, but Chuck and Leo in the service department completely turned the experience around. Chuck took the time to listen to my concerns, look into the situation, and genuinely see what he could do to help. From that point on, both he and Leo were wonderful to work with. They communicated with me throughout the process, treated me with respect, and ultimately helped get everything resolved in a way that exceeded my expectations. We have just bought our second car from here. Both times, we had a great experience. The sale consultant Ian welcomed us right away, was knowledgeable and attentive without being pushy. He was very helpful with trying to find the right car for us as we had several requirements and wasn’t rushing us to make a decision, which we really appreciated. He was funny too! We had our first Subaru for over three years and have only good things to say about it. That’s why we picked Subaru again and hopefully we will have the same great experience. Everyone in this place seems nice, friendly, and respectful. We felt very comfortable and at ease.

I was very pleased with my experience at Gerald Subaru of Naperville!! I've been to several dealerships these past couple weeks, looking at a variety of vehicles and Naperville Subaru was an entirely different experience for me! When my boyfriend and I first walked in, the salesman, Gabe, was helping another customer but immediately sat us down and took time for us. We spent several hours going over everything with him, making sure everything about my new Impreza was how I wanted it to be. He was patient and answered all of our questions with knowledge and with politeness. He wasn't pushy at ALL. There was another friendly salesman who talked with us during the time we were there, he even gave us a little gift for my new purchase which was cool. Would highly recommend this place if you're looking to get a new or used vehicle!!

I went to Gerald Subaru of Naperville to shop for a SUV. Ella Smith assisted me with the initial test drive and explained the safety features that I was looking for. She didn't use any high pressure selling techniques and focused on my needs instead. After she learned that I have a slight preference of white color over silver, she went above and beyond to ensure I can get a forester with white color. For finalizing the deal, J.R. Carlson assisted me with that and even gave me a ride to the nearby bank to get a cashier's check when I realized that there is a limit on using the debit card. I am grateful for the services provided by both sales consultants. I used to drive a Toyota for the last 20 years. As I had to be back in the car buying market, I realized that Toyota cars have transformed from reliable economy cars to reliable luxury cars. So I started to look at Subaru, Mazda and other cars and found that Subaru is ranked very high in terms of safety, collision tests scores and customer satisfication. I am glad now that I have a reliable car with so many safety features at an affordable price.

I highly recommend Gerald Subaru of Naperville! Nick Shala is a very genuine, kind salesman; he treated me as if I were a family member, with respect. Nick answered all of my questions during my appointments as well as follow up questions via text. We did not purchase the Crosstrek during our 1st visit and I never felt pressured. When I returned to purchase my car, the process was expedient. Everyone we encountered in this dealership greeted us with a smile. The entire place, including the service department/garage is spotless! In addition, I want to give a shout out to Karyn Jaskoviak, sales consultant, for her valuable input as well. I love driving my Crosstrek! I'm glad we chose to do business with Gerald Subaru in Naperville.

My initial dealing with Jose would have awarded zero stars. He was condescending and rude. But the General Manager stepped in and was a true professional. He gave respect to me as a customer and in return deserved respect back. I was then assisted by Trish. She is what good service is all about. Let’s be honest, owning a good vehicle is not cheap, but she does a great job in explaining the needs, benefits, and builds confidence in the decisions that need to be made. If you need service at Gerald Subaru, ask for Trish, you will not be disappointed.
